euforie nord
I got employed for my first job ever, near the time when the company was planning to do a team building.
It was already autumn, so the partying season for the seaside was over and our destination wasn't a place known for partying, during season, either.
While for some this might be a bummer, especially since it was cold as hell especially on the beach (forget T-shirts, you needed a jacket), I loved it.
Every summer I make this compromise where I try to not think about how much I hate the weather, in favor for partying and every time when it gets cold, I miss that people usually don't like to go out while it's freezing.
It was the first time when I saw the Black Sea without tourists, the first time I caught it so quiet and ghostly.
Even if we stayed at a 5 star hotel, I couldn't care less. I preferred to be a out with a few colleagues with whom I shared the same taste of fun and just discover new places to photograph and also enjoying the landscape.
The car in the pictures was abandoned, hence, a great idea for a spontaneous prop. I liked how the subjects got into the role. So were the few other spots we passed by. If it doesn't look new, it certainly is abandoned.
The team-building in itself was fun, more fun than I expected, which is why I don't have any other pictures.
I would like to visit more places out of season, but back then, there was no pandemic.
PS: I actually tried to find something relevant about this place in English. I suppose not finding is a good enough answer, it really is a dead place. I mean sure, you find places to stay so you can enjoy the beach and there are few irrelevant old touristic attractions and thatβs it.
